Our business is centered around hotel management, and we are expanding into six different areas.
In addition to this, we focus on facility management related to building infrastructure, equipment, and environmental hygiene to ensure that customers can use our facilities with peace of mind. We provide not only cleaning services but also comprehensive maintenance and management of the building. Our goal is to contribute to the ongoing health maintenance and well-being of our customers through a holistic approach to building maintenance and management.

Building・Condominium Management
We provide daily cleaning, periodic cleaning, and specialcleaning that takes place once every few years, as well as inspections and management of the equipment.
In addition to ensuring the safety and security of our
customers, we aim to maintain the equipment in a way that prolongs the lifespan of the building, allowing it to be used for many years to come.
Temp Agency
We dispatch foreign workers who can contribute across various industries, helping to solve labor shortages.
Particularly in the service industry and various other fields,our workers are being utilized. We respond to customer needs with prompt and flexible solutions.

Hotel Management
At Nissou Biso, we contribute in various ways, including
guestroom cleaning, public area cleaning, stewarding
services for kitchen dishwashing, and engineering services
for facility management.
We strive to provide all of our valued guests with
a comfortable stay, ensuring that every aspect of their
experience at the hotel is of the highest quality.
Japanese Lounge School
In modern Japan, where the aging population and
declining birthrate are progressing further,
we are educating international students to become capable professionals who can contribute and thrive in this evolving society.
We hope to collaborate with the next generation that will carry Japan forward, supporting one another to create a better future for the country.
