Registered Support Organization

We operate our own registered support organization, focusing primarily on recruitment from the Philippines, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

Additionally, we manage our own Japanese language school, where we prioritize the development of personnel who can immediately contribute as valuable assets.

Certification as a Registered Support Organization

In particular, for Filipino workers under the specified skills program, we have received approval and certification from the POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration), ensuring that our recruitment process is reliable and trustworthy.

Japanese Language School Operations

In 2020, we established the Nissou Chiba Matsudo Japanese Language School.

As of April 2024, 65 students are enrolled at our school. We also provide part-time job placements for students, which greatly contributes to the supply of skilled personnel.
